“Aaghaz” 2016 to welcome freshers was organized on 30^th September 2016.  Event was jointly attended by Faculties of Behavioural Sciences, Physiotherapy, Mass Communication, Fashion & Design, Education and Hotel & Tourism Management. The Deans, faculty members, second  and first year students were present in the program. Program started with presenting the flowers to Goddess Saraswati by Managing trustees Mrs. and Mr. Manmohan Singh Chawla and other invited guests. Fresher’s presented different forms of dances like Ganesh Vandana, Haryanvi folk, shadow and Bollywood styles. Participants of Department of Clinical Psychology marked their presence with singing and ramp walk; Lakshita and Emanual were selected as Mr. and Ms. Talented; Dheeraj and Lidya won the title of Mr. and Ms. Fresher. The winners were presented trophies by the Dean and faculty. The program followed by lunch.
