About
Aastha Dhingra is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Psychologist at SGT University, Gurugram, She has spent years shaping young minds, helping individuals heal, and contributing to the field of psychology through research and publications. Her impact goes beyond academia as she has also served as a Psychologist on the Panel of Juvenile Justice Board, Gurugram, and as a Media Psychologist at One Shot Film Productions Pvt. Ltd. Aastha is a sought-after trainer for educational and corporate institutions such as Maruti Suzuki India Pvt Ltd, DLF Ltd, and is a certified SOUL COACH, EFT Practitioner, and Graphologist. With nearly 30+ papers to credit in national and international journals, she is also an author in Psychology domain and an Editor of 2 books. Aastha’s expertise has made her an Anchor/Guest speaker with NDTV Prime and Disha TV on psychology, mental health, and counselling. As an Expert counsellor with “Samvedna,” a mental health telecounseling service of NCPCR, New Delhi, she has helped many individuals in their journey towards mental wellbeing. Her campaign “CORONA MAI KUCH PRODUCTIVE KARONA” has received appreciation from Manas Charitable Trust, Ahmedabad, for its impact on the wellbeing of society at large during the pandemic. Aastha has also been an active participant in RAAHGIRI-Gurugram & Ballabhgarh chapter and was invited as Knowledge Partner by VISHITAL at an event “GULAL”. She has been a Resource Person for a Haryana Government Initiative, “Project Zindagi: Beautiful Mind, Beautiful Life,” a reality. Aastha’s work as a counsellor for parents, children, and teachers of Ryan International School, Bhondsi, during the murder case, under special request by the Gurugram District Administration, has helped many in their journey of healing. Recently, Aastha has been awarded the Dr. Kalam Skill Guru Excellence Award on 9th April 2023 at Sushant University, Gurugram, adding yet another feather to her illustrious cap.
