Training young minds in the amazing field of Clinical Psychology gives me immense satisfaction.

I am enthusiastic about conducting research in the field of mental health. I aim to work towards making mental health accessible to all, neutralising the stigma associated with seeking mental help, and promoting mental health awareness through proper psycho-education of the masses.

I also seek to enhance my psychotherapeutic skill through the supervision of students in mental health practice and through offline and online consultations across various socio-economic strata.

Areas of expertise: Liaison Psychiatry, Psycho-oncology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Supportive Therapy, and Psychometry (projective testing and objective testing).
