FBSC organized the online training program on the topic of Essential Ingredients of an Excellent Career Coach” on 17th January 2022. In this program speaker of the program Prof. (Dr.) N. K. Chadha, President, International Career Coach Association, USA, and former Head Psychology Department, University of Delhi explained about the importance of career coaching and career coaching as profession in India and abroad. He discussed the guidelines of career coaches in details and focused on ethical issues in career coaching. Training started with welcome address by Dean FBSc Prof. (Dr.) Rajbir Singh. The event was attended by university officials Pro-Chancellor R.C. Kuhad, Pro. V.C. Prof. (Dr.)N.S. Tung, Prof. Dr. Waheeda Khan and the faculty and students of FBSC. A total number of 113 participants attended the training. Dr. Nudrat Jahan presented the vote of thanks.
